- The venue - Pub/Club

- The performance area - separate room.

- The team of staff at the venue - Excellent on all counts - Ed went far beyond the call of duty by lending me a monitor speaker for the globe bar.

- How you advertised your show - flyering about an hour before the show.

- How your shows went in terms of audience numbers - min about 5, max 45. av.15.

- Your show itself - went great.

- Buckets - min 10 - max 90, average 30 -40

- Technical set-up at the venue - they've made improvements to the space since last year - lights etc, which is brilliant to see, i.e. they're investing into the space specifically for edinburgh, and that's great.

- Admin & Communication process (between Free Fringe, Captains, Venues and you) - great.

- Any other learning points for anyone involved - This i think is a major thing for next year. Apparently I had 3 individual venue programmers that failed to fnd me in the venue, 1 went to the wrong show and 2 not finding me, just left. The aptly titled Banshee Labyrinth is just that! A big map on the wall outside the venue door clearly showing the 3 spaces would solve this and would be simple to do.
