The Banshee Labyrinth is a wonderful venue - great tech in all three rooms, with venue staff who are absolute heroes, and respond to problems very quickly.

The Banshee is a goth/rock/metal pub all year round, so it's a venue that suits alternative comedy.

The Cinema Room seats 44 people comfortable, with an extra 16 on the stage and on the steps. You can theoretically get more people in there, but we don't, due to fire restrictions.

All the sounds and lights are built into the venue, and are a dream. You get a great mixer for the sound, a lighting desk with plenty of good pre-sets (and the venue will even add more for your specific show if you're nice to them), plus there's a 3.5mm audio jack stage-right for your music, plus an HDMI cable so you can use the projector and huge screen in the room.

This was my fourth year at the Banshee, and I very much hope that next year will be my fifth.
