Dates and fees

Dates
The following important dates have been confirmed for shows coming to the Fringe in 2010:

Monday 1 March: show registration opens

Friday 19 March: discount registration deadline

Wednesday 21 April: final registration deadline for listings to appear in the printed Fringe Programme

The Programme will be launched in early June; the festival itself runs from 6 to 30 August.

Fees
We are pleased to announce that the registration fees for 2010 are staying the same as last year. (Please note, though, that VAT goes back up to 17.5 % in January.)

The 2010 fees are as follows:

Full run (three or more performances)
Discount fee (register by 19 March): £246.00 (£289.05 inc VAT)
Standard fee: £328.00 (£385.40 inc VAT)

Limited run (one or two performances)
Standard fee: £80.00 (£94.00 inc VAT)

Please note that there is no discounted fee for limited-run shows.

Roadshows

The Fringe Roadshows are a chance to meet Society staff, festival participants and venues in person, find out more about how the Fringe works and ask your questions. We have now confirmed dates for five cities, and we hope you'll be able to join us in at least one of them!

Sunday 17 January: New York City – venue to be confirmed

Saturday 6 February: London – Shaw Theatre

Saturday 13 February: Edinburgh – International Conference Centre

Saturday 20 February: Manchester – City Inn Hotel

Friday 12 March: Adelaide – Fringe Artists' Bar

Further relevant details will be announced nearer the time of each Roadshow. If you are interested in attending, please email participants@edfringe.com and let us know which event you plan on coming to.
